Shipping Policy
At Minds2Grow, we ship all orders by courier from Dhamsells LLC, 680 S Cache St Unit 100-7414, Jackson, WY 83001, USA.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Some courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. You must provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
- Minds2Grow is not liable for any damage after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping:
- If you want to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped, you can do so by contacting us at hello@minds2grow.in or calling us at +1 307-202-8259.
- Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation Post Shipping:
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
- We have a no-refund policy. Minds2Grow will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.

Our streamlined order placement process ensures that orders placed on our website are promptly forwarded to logistics partners for shipment. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order once placed. All our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, ensuring customer satisfaction.
