Return and Exchange Policy

We at Minds2Grow are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Because opened or damaged products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept the return or exchange of delivered, opened, or used products.

Our exchange policy only applies to products reported within the specified timeframe mentioned below in case of damage or quality issues:

  • Damaged or Tampered Products: If you have received a damaged or tampered product, or if the product has spilled/leaked during delivery, please contact our customer care within 7 days of the delivery date, along with supporting images and videos. Once the issue passes our quality check, the product will be replaced and delivered to you.
  • We do not have a Money Refund policy. However, if you receive a damaged product or face unforeseen circumstances, we will be happy to provide a credit note that can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchange requests will be subject to investigation and evaluation by the Minds2Grow team. Requests will only be honored if they are submitted within 7 days of the product’s delivery date.

Minds2Grow is not responsible for any damages that may arise after delivery. We do not cover damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application under our return, refund, and exchange policy.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Collection

Our exchange policy is designed to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations or there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as damage during transit or size issues. In such cases, we offer the option to exchange purchases within a specific timeframe.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept any exchange requests.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and accessories. The garment must have all the tags, packaging, and bills intact.
  • The garment must not be worn, washed, smelly, or show signs of usage.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service department at hello@minds2grow.in and explain the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you on the next steps.
  2. Pack the product securely in the original box.
  3. Include the original invoice or receipt for the purchase, along with any required documents or instructions, and hand it over to the pickup executive.

After we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the required conditions. Once the quality check is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

In case of unavailability of the required size, a credit note for the purchase value will be issued.
